This place is amazing. I appreciated what Gabriel recommended. I was going to buy an igniter but after talking about my problem, he explained what the issue actually was. Other stores, would’ve sold me the item anyway. He really teaches how to correctly place the item and I appreciate the help I received.
They purposely sold me a part that wouldn't work. I got an answer on the phone and a different answer at the store. I should have known this company was sĥaðy when they would only accept cash. I will never allow this company to rip me off again
Would not recomend dealing with this people call for a part over the counter he gave me a price.I told him if he does price match he didnt reply so i call him and now he went over the price he told me in the first place. I would not recommend this place at all. Tommorow my part will arrive with Rangel heating and cooling. I always go with them but since im closer to this place i decided to call them and was not happy at all.
I needed a sensor on a Sunday for my furnace, and Gabriel came to the store and provided us with the sensor, went above and beyond customer service, and more importantly very understanding, definitely I recommend him, and his business for anything, keep up the amazing work, and thank you for taking care of customers needs at a timely speed, efficiency, and great quality!
