Decent gym but management is awful. They accidentally charged me double for two consecutive months of membership and refused to refund me when I politely asked them to. Not only this but they were very rude and defensive when I asked. I’m a student so missing that cash I was overcharged meant I couldn’t afford my weekly food shop. I explained this to them and they didn’t seem to care at all. My friends have also had very negative experiences with staff here.

I instantly got an off vibe with a whiff on incel culture, especially when one of the staff instantly made a misogynistic remark about one of their own customers. This misogynistic tone was also seen in some of the posters that say “lady in the streets freak in the gym” which everyone knows is an adapted version of a phrase used in a sexual context. I was 16 when I started this gym and it is obviously a, frankly, disgusting standard to put in place for other young costumers (which is probably a majority for this gym). Howeve... read more
