First time trying this place out. The customer service was amazing, quick, and was greeted with smiles. The atmosphere was amazing also. Very clean. Was given a little tour of the facility and that was a nice touch. I went to get my brows and lip waxed and my tech, Marissa, was so soothing and accommodating to my needs. She also took her time and made sure they were right. I am pleased with the results and will definitely go back. I was even offered water on my way out.

I got my lashes lifted and tinted for the first time and the experience was amazing! I was really excited but also I'm naturally an anxious person so my eyes were twitching at first (classic me), but Marisa was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring.
