We had a great experience with GS Electric Chava worked on our hot tub outlets and did an excellent job. He was efficient, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. Everything was completed neatly and on time, and he made the whole process stress-free. Very nice and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend GS Electric and Chava to anyone needing electrical work done.
Our water heater stopped working after only three years. We weren’t getting hot water and couldn’t wait for our home warranty company so I called a friend. We suspected it was electrical and not plumbing. He referred me to Sal with GR Electric and I’m so glad he did. He showed up in less than an hour, was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. He has my business for the foreseeable future! P.S. Don’t take hot water for granted
Excellent customer service. Responded immediately, scheduled an in person evaluation, and had the job done within three days of initial contact. Great customer service and would highly recommend him.
Andrea, who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, she talked down to me and told me to “do better”. That’s not how you treat anybody. Very poor manners and zero professionalism
