If I could give a negative star review, I would. This hospital has an enormous problem with egotistical Dr's who think they can't treat people terribly and get away with it. I'll be fileing a formal complaint with the college of surgeons and physicians. Unbelievable the type of behavior they expect people to be ok with. Had great service by a male doctor before but this time I saw dr.schoon and I felt very out of it mentally and had issues with my breast reduction. She wouldn't change the bandages and dismissed me with no tests. I now realised I've been overdosing on my escitalopram for 3 weeks accidently because the size of tablet got changed. Wish they would've caught that as I've been so out of it and unable to sleep and such.
The mental health and addictions receptionist is so rude. I let her know that the doctor never called me and she's so disrespectful on the phone it's crazy.
The level of animosity i received over the phone is extremely unprofessional and rude on a personal level. These receptionists need to let go of their egos and admit mistakes when they happen.
