GR Automotive has fixed my car a couple of times for various issues and I have found them to be very honest and efficient. In addition their quality of work is exceptional. I highly recommend them!
Life savers! Had major brake trouble while on a road trip and Rick (the owner) fixed our car in a flash at a great price. I was worried we'd have to extend our New Orleans trip but Rick had the truck fixed before lunch. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!
I often feel out of my depths in the automotive industry; I worry my lack of knowledge would put me at risk for being taking advantage of. GR automotive has always felt like honest, authentic, good business. They treat their customers well and will have my business as long as I am in New Orleans!
Literally could not change my oil, or find the hole in my tire. Front desk also had a terrible attitude. Guy down the street on Tchoup did everything I needed in 15 minutes.
