Fair and honest service experienced as a first time customer.
I’ve been coming here for years, and I’m not going anywhere else soon. I’ve come in thinking that I’m going to need a lot of work done, it turns out that it’s nothing, and i’m not charged anything. Rick is always honest and won’t do anything that isn’t need to be done. You can feel good about bringing your car to him and his team.
Cannot say enough good things about this place! They've done ample amounts of work on my older jeep wrangler and not only are they experts in their field, they're also incredibly honest, trustworthy, and respectful. As a woman who doesn't know anything about cars, it's easy to feel like I'm asking dumb questions, but they take the time to explain and reassure me that there are no dumb questions! GR Automotive has fixed my car a couple of times for various issues and I have found them to be very honest and efficient. In addition their quality of work is exceptional. I highly recommend them!
Life savers! Had major brake trouble while on a road trip and Rick (the owner) fixed our car in a flash at a great price. I was worried we'd have to extend our New Orleans trip but Rick had the truck fixed before lunch. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!
