I've been going here for years and they have always treated me great! I have nothing but great things to say about the office staff, nurses and doctors. I've been seeing Carly Walden for about 1 1/2 years now and I have to say shes the best doctor I've probably had in my life and I've been to a lot since I had a brain aneurism in 2005. She is super nice and actually cares about her patients well being instead of just being another number like some doctors.....
Did not accept co pay at the visit as I tried to pay. DR did not listen to me at all . Trying to put me on medication that I did not want or need. Then after issues with the prescription he gave I called and left message in mychart only to get absolutely no response. It's been well over a year still with no response and somehow they think now I owe them for the co pay that I tried to pay for the day of visit. I have called and apparently they can't comprehend that this co pay will not be paid mainly for two reasons. The fail... read more
Tried scheduling my VERY FIRST appointment with them and they last minute canceled, didn’t save my information etc. and they ladies at the front had attitude and laughed at me
Best Providers around. Your appt last more than 7 minutes, and they make screenings and testing available . Staff , front and back are the best!
