Power goes out every month. Too expensive and zero customer support or services.
Highway robbery! Years we have used this company and now raised prices more. Ridiculous high price
No power
Power has been out for hours due to a small thunderstorm. No one is doing ANYTHING. Outage updates still says they are trying to get a crew together. Too lazy to do anything on a Sunday. Now all of our freshly bought groceries are ruined because Penelec is a joke of a company. They will overcharge you every month and when something goes wrong on their end, they are no where to be found.
