I had a ankle injury playing soccer. After about ~6 months injury, I still had issues and was hesitant to get back to the field. Carolyn was very methodical and pushed me the right way to get my ankle mobility back all the way there! Glad to be playing again.
I’ve been working with Joshua for my right knee and ankle in conjunction after an ACL repair aggravated an old ankle injury. I’ve seen such vast improvement in my mobility and strength and have now begun increasing agility. Joshua is great at evaluating where certain muscles are taking over a movement vs which muscles need to be strengthened to improve overall strength and function.
As someone with hEDS who has struggled to find a physical therapist, there isn’t enough emphasis in the world for how much I recommend GPT Greenwood, and especially Lisa. From the get go, this clinic is full of kind, warm, friendly, and intelligent people who are ready to help in any way they can. Katie was great. She helped me nurse my shoulder back to normal after surgery. I would definitely recommend her. I just completed another round of PT following hip replacement surgery. I worked with Jessica this time. She was attentive, thoughtful and great. GPT continues to deliver great care!
Today was my last day at GPT with Josh and it's bittersweet. I first got here months ago in a brace and crutches. I followed the cross bracing protocol after an acl rupture during a ski misadventure and I'm now running. It's definitely been a journey and lots of hard work but I feel like I'm finally on the other side. Josh has been such a kind and patient PT helping me get where I am today. It's all good vibes at GPT. Thank you so much! I have my old life back :')
