Geotab provides expectional service. We have been working with them from past couples of years . There customer service is excellent
Excellent service and prompt responses from the staff. We’ve been using their services for quite some time and have never experienced any issues. The team is always professional, helpful, and responsive. Highly recommended!
Terrible customer service! I was a customer with multiple units for 8 years! Their software developed some issues and I tried to get support. Rather than try to fix my issues (support is clueless) they terminated my account without notice! And yes I had units from them that I purchased outright. Honestly go anywhere but to this company!
Stay away from this company!! Very bad company, bunch of thieves, purchased 2 devices and for 50$ i owed in service fees they deactivated my devices that i purchased out in full for almost 400$ . Telus offers same service for half price and very professional service and quality .
Excellent service for sales with Russ and Excellent support from Len. Thank you guys. Love it.
