Incredibly long waits, 40+ min, expensive for low quality work and overall not a good experience.
Doctor runs 30mins late, do not go if you want quick doctors office.
Much larger inside (upstairs) than it looks. Efficient, well-equipped, busy clinic.
I have been GP hopping a long time and never bother to stick to one because I haven't felt heard. I've been regularly seeing Dr Suzannah Robinson at this practice and finally feel heard! A great GP makes all the difference, I feel confident and taken care of.
I attended for the first time and saw Dr Lucy Rigden as a part of The Claremont Clinic for Menopause and cannot express my gratitude enough. To have a 1 hour consultation, to be listened to and have a Doctor with ideas, answers and an empathic ear is everything during this rough journey called menopause. After 5 years of hot flushes AND on medication I am now properly medicated and have not had 1 flush, everything is improving and I feel I have my life back. Thank you
