Much larger inside (upstairs) than it looks. Efficient, well-equipped, busy clinic.
I have been GP hopping a long time and never bother to stick to one because I haven't felt heard. I've been regularly seeing Dr Suzannah Robinson at this practice and finally feel heard! A great GP makes all the difference, I feel confident and taken care of.
I attended for the first time and saw Dr Lucy Rigden as a part of The Claremont Clinic for Menopause and cannot express my gratitude enough. To have a 1 hour consultation, to be listened to and have a Doctor with ideas, answers and an empathic ear is everything during this rough journey called menopause. After 5 years of hot flushes AND on medication I am now properly medicated and have not had 1 flush, everything is improving and I feel I have my life back. Thank you
I have phoned 3 times and it rang without anyone picking up. What is going on?
Another huge wait after last month's scheduling disaster. The doctor was 60+ minutes late and there were still two people in front of my daughter, with no line of sight to an appointment before her bedtime. The receptionist was aware of the delay - she could have at least called us before the appointment to advise of the waiting time.
