Fast and reliable. John answered the phone right away and came as soon as he could. I will definitely continue to use GPS for any future heating & cooling needs.
What can I say Professional and Courteous. There is still customer service out there. The two gentlemen that came out to fix our AC FANTASTIC. I would recommend them to anyone in need of anything in HVAC.
We would highly recommend GPS heating and cooling! GPS was very good about communicating with us and arrived when they said they would. Our whole house AC went out, they were able to get it running again in short order. The repairs were very reasonable and done efficiently. John was very courteous and knowledgeable. We are very happy customers, and will definitely call them whenever a need arises at our house. Thank you GPS!
John came out the day before Thanksgiving when our heat went out and had a new furnace installed for us two days later. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll recommend them to everyone.
