Every time I call they won't answer and when they do they are rude and dont wanna help me customer service is poor non existent even there's always problms. I had 2 cans the price went up I can't afford if so I switch to one can and now they come and take both cans from me on Friday afternoon after office is closed to leave me all weekend and possibly all week with no trash can after I've been a paying customer for over 10 years.
Switched to them from Live Oak and I am not disappointed. They never miss a pick up and it's easy to pay online.

Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE customer service or a lack there of…was a customer with them 7 years and never had a problem, this past week they didn’t pick up one of my trash cans, I thought it was odd so I called to ask why they left the second trash can they’ve been picking up the last SEVEN years, I was told the owners “changed” a policy on 2 can pickup and wasn’t doing it anymore without an extra fee.
