Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE customer service or a lack there of…was a customer with them 7 years and never had a problem, this past week they didn’t pick up one of my trash cans, I thought it was odd so I called to ask why they left the second trash can they’ve been picking up the last SEVEN years, I was told the owners “changed” a policy on 2 can pickup and wasn’t doing it anymore without an extra fee. Great Company! Switch to them after years with / now Live Oak- the worst over to GPS- GPS has been servicing us for over a year now and Never misses a beat- GREAT Service all around! Our whole Nationhood has now switch to GPS!
Horrible communication. I called to cancel my services back in April and apparently it didn’t get done. When I moved back into my home in August I tried to reinstate the services. They then informed me that I never cancelled services in April and I owed several months. Then demanded I also pay an absurd deposit to get it reinstated. This was upsetting for obvious reasons.
