We built our house out on lake Tyler East four years ago and this was Only! trash service we could find. We’ve had a few instances where the garage men threw the can in the culvert and trash laying around it, I believe we overcame that and they are doing a good job now. Customer service is nonexistent. The worst woman in the office who answers phones. She’s lucky she works in a small Texas community because she would out of business in a real city. Nobody needs to put up with her crap. We switched to Live Oak and wow what a difference. Super great customer service, prompt notices and nice pick up guys. 😎
