We built our house out on lake Tyler East four years ago and this was Only! trash service we could find. We’ve had a few instances where the garage men threw the can in the culvert and trash laying around it, I believe we overcame that and they are doing a good job now. However we bill yearly on our card and somehow they didn’t have a new card on file or any email on file nor phone And the lady who was condescending to us on speaker phone about our service not being paid by the card on file, it probably expired I gave her A ... read more
Customer service is nonexistent. The worst woman in the office who answers phones. She’s lucky she works in a small Texas community because she would out of business in a real city. Nobody needs to put up with her crap. We switched to Live Oak and wow what a difference. Super great customer service, prompt notices and nice pick up guys. 😎
Provoking customer service. I wish I had read the reviews. Other customers state that "I forgot to put my trash out this morning. I want to thank the man that came all the way to my driveway and got both of my cans and even boxes that were beside the cans and drug them down and emptied them. We have been with this company for over 20 years and have been thankful for them. They are an amazing company. Thank you all for what you do." GPS doesn't treat their new customers that way.
