My son really wanted a metal detector for Christmas and I wanted to shop locally and found this place. The service was excellent and quick. For a lark I looked at the reeally expensive ones and the sales person (Cody) answered all my questions. The kids metal detector is really good quality (way better than the National Geographic one I found at a yard sale for 5 bucks). Overall, really good experience with knowledgeable staff.
I went here to buy my first radio. Very clean bright store with friendly knowledgeable staff. They were so helpful, and not just with the product, but also about the amateur radio community. Extensive selection. I learned so much that day and it was a very positive experience.
Little to no assistance when trying to place an order over the phone. I called for expert advice and I got someone pushing to upsell me.
