Dr Carpenter is the epitome of a great doctor and a lovely person. She truly cares about her patients' and does everything she can to make sure you get care that is consistent and thorough. All the staff here are amazing and bend over backwards to assist you with appointments and follow ups.
Dr Carpenter is has always been an exceptional doctor but to see her you need to book two weeks in advance now and that's if one of the receptionists Beth wants to give you an appointment. When making one Beth is rude and gives you an attitude my friends and family have said the same thing.
They don't call back with test results. NEVER bulk bill despite other GPs doing so occasionally. Call up over 30 minutes before they close (according to their web site) and recorded message tells me they're closed. Hopeless.
Dr Carpenter has seriously saved my life 3 times now in the past 2 years. Really grateful to the nurses and staff who take good care of me and my family
Superb doctors and staff. Jeanne is so caring, understanding and patient. Nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend GPs @ Brighton to anyone.
