I had a terrible experience with these guys. They sold themselves as professionals. A building inspector with extensive knowledge and high tech equipment. They came out and everything seemed to be as described. They said they found the water line, marked it out with paint an flags. They even bought out the microphone and said they found where the water line was leaking, and marked where they could hear the leak. These guys are of the most knowledgeable in GPR. The attention to detail is unmatched in this arena. Their ability to source problems and present solutions in building construction evaluations is the best in the industry. Don’t pass up the opportunity to do business with GPR. Absolutely no regrets here!
I highly suggest avoiding this company. I was given a bid, and he came and scanned. He then drove back home to collect the data and called and told me I owed him more money in order to gey the results. He also told me there was conduit 8” below the slab. Following the demo of concrete there was only #4 rebar and it was nowhere near where it was originally drawn. Over 2 grand to get poor readings, unprofessional communication, and his wife was doing the work. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
Kevin was great scanned concrete in our basement we are remodeling. He was very professional. Took great care of us!
