I placed an order and needed it asap, so I paid for the express overnight shipping. Apparently there's only one guy handling online orders, and "he had something to do" on Thursday and Friday. I still can't get in touch with them via phone to get reimbursed for some of the shipping fees.
Had a near catastrophic failure on my W900L when my exhaust (from turbo to the pipes) decided it no longer wanted to be on the truck. Only had the low side of my 13 speed operable, Pulled in with no notice and received superb service by Scott and his mechanics. Had my exhaust rebuilt and an airline (on top of the transmission) repaired and back on the road 4 hrs later. The only wait was due to the hunt for a couple parts that are hard to find do to the custom exhaust work on my truck. Thanks Fellas!
