Officially pet free/smoke free environment, but realistically you will endure exposure to dogs and smoke daily as a majority of tenants smoke in units and/or keep pets under legacy ESA loop holes. Elevators often smell of smoke or contain dog waste. HOA dues in excess of $1000 a month make for an expensive slum experience.
Renters beware! Showed up on move in day and the place was full of roaches — 12+ in the kitchen and droppings throughout the cabinets. Could be because it was on the 100 level, but bugs spread in large, older buildings. The unit was re-listed for rent 3 days after I cancelled the lease. A few stars for the building staff, Roberto and Solomon, who were very helpful and understanding on a really difficult day. Be wary of landlord/agent rentals here.
