They installed a heat pump for a new build next to my house. They put it by my bedroom window 12 ft away. It’s noisy like real noisy it rattles hums and pulsates so bad I cannot sleep in my own bed. My back deck is non useable when it’s on as you cannot have a conversation without yelling. They insist it’s ok but it fails all of the CEPA standards.
