This is exactly why auto shops get a bad reputation. After waiting 8 weeks for a service and new tyres, I had to chase them down to get a quote when I had not received one a week out. When I emailed for clarification, I received no response. The day before my appointment, they to confirm, so I took the opportunity to ask my clarifying questions—only to be met with rudeness from the receptionist, Janet, who spoke to me like I was an idiot.
