For what its worth, during the 4 or so times Ive seen Siobhan she's been incredibly cold and dismissive of all my concerns. Recently she bluntly said she doesn't know what I expect her to do and just seemed frustrated to even be talking to me. Then charged me for literally doing nothing. I guess there's a reason the clinic is shutting down.
I had the get a Medical Certificate for my daughter who is sick & could not sit her school exam. Jess (receptionist) was extremely helpful & arranged for a Dr to call & fill in the form for us. It was such a relief & the service was outstanding.
Lovely friendly admin. Doctor on time, practical, thorough and engaging. Thank you
