Dr Nirmalie Rodrigo is truly exceptional. She is caring, patient, and consistently goes above and beyond. Her compassion and attention to detail make every appointment feel supported and understood. She is genuinely the best doctor I’ve ever had, an absolute angel in the medical field. My partner and I are deeply grateful for the incredible support she has provided us over the years.
Dr Yamna Jawad is a fantastic GP - warm, empathetic while being thorough and proactive. There is also one of the reception staff who is particularly fantastic, really friendly, empathetic and very clearly cares about her job and the clinic’s patients. Full bulk billing for Medicare card holders. It should be noted that the clinic does not always run on time, but for me personally the care and bulk billing is worth it.
Although there is bulk billing available, the atmosphere is friendly and the staff are very personable, i believe that the administrative systems and time management systems could use fine tuning. Unexpected wait times of 1 hr +, drawn out and inefficient systems and administrative errors have caused more hassle than help.
Dr. Nirmalie Rodrgio is the best GP. She is very professional, kind, knowledgable, compassionate, understanding. She doesn't rush, she is very soft with all the treatment processes.
