Dr Yamna Jawad is a fantastic GP - warm, empathetic while being thorough and proactive. There is also one of the reception staff who is particularly fantastic, really friendly, empathetic and very clearly cares about her job and the clinic’s patients. Full bulk billing for Medicare card holders. It should be noted that the clinic does not always run on time, but for me personally the care and bulk billing is worth it.
Although there is bulk billing available, the atmosphere is friendly and the staff are very personable, i believe that the administrative systems and time management systems could use fine tuning. Unexpected wait times of 1 hr +, drawn out and inefficient systems and administrative errors have caused more hassle than help.
Dr. Nirmalie Rodrgio is the best GP. She is very professional, kind, knowledgable, compassionate, understanding. She doesn't rush, she is very soft with all the treatment processes. I have been her patient from years, we are truly blessed of having her as our family doctor. We are the luckiest one who gets care from her. And Dr. Bhathiya is the best obstetrician, he is like a God for us while I was try for pregnancy, his treatment and care reached to the top level. Dr Nirmalie Rodrigo is one of the best doctors left in Canberra. Always takes her time to listen for her patients. Very kind, caring and compassionate. Her current receptionist also goes above and beyond to accomodate her patients. Thank you for a great service!
