Worked for this company a short while. Was terminated after only working two days, Tried to speak with Management as to the reason why and was told " I am not here to have this conversation" by the Owner Tom Botts. I would not recommend this company as the lack of communication skills, disorganization and poor management within the organization are very prevalent.
