Doctor was fantastic and admin staff were very helpful
Really unprofessional, admin are extremely rude and unhelpful. The admin forwards emails of what the Dr has replied word for word in emails, which is blunt and unhelpful. Dr has refused providing a copy of treatment letter. I have formally requested 4 times and now, the last request hasnt received a reply a month on, I have now raised a complaint with OAIC. Do not recommend!
Cancelled my appointment twice with minimal notice, admin staff can't help with anything except taking your money. Started sending information to the wrong email address despite being given correct 1. Listed me as. Ms not a Mr lucky I'm a pretty chill guy. Give me my money back Y.B.
Save yourself the hassle… DO NOT use them! Without going into detail - this company is beyond hopeless!!! Even 1 star is over rated!
All they care about is money stay clear find another company terrible service just want money
