A bit late of a review but I had my assessment with Dr Radhika on the 4/11/2025 she diagnosed me with combined ADHD. I was extremely adamant and worried especially because the previous psychiatrist in the past I didn’t feel the most comfortable with. Otherwise she was very lovely, thorough & basically sat there & let me ramble!! And the reception was very lovely, helped with everything I needed. My diagnostic report came through very quickly. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF VULNERABLE PEOPLE. Would give one star if possible. Was referred to this service for a 291s ADHD assessment but the Dr has changed it so I am unable to be bulk billed. Booked over the phone and was not advised that this might even be a possibility. Took staff two weeks to process the tiny rebate I did receive. I am priced out of actually getting the help I need. Mental health is clearly not their main priority and emails go unanswered. BOOK LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE Firstly the Doctor I used on this service is great (Dr. Kaur), no complaints with the actual appointments with her. However, I would recommend this company be avoided at all costs. - Expect weeks between email replies as apparently the admin email is not often monitored... Like what??
