This clinic is just shocking. It is absolutely insane how disorganised they are. Have called 3 times requesting that my Medicare rebate be put through, a process that should be automatic. The admin staff will quite literally just lie to you and say it's been put through, only to take it back when you call again in a few days. I will be reporting them to the health department for severe negligence and I strongly encourage anyone reading this to go somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible experience with GP2U. Very unorganised and inconsiderate. I was clear about my circumstances and they completely messed it up and costed me thousands because of it. They do not follow through with their promises and still, they continue to ignore my requests to have MY report sent to me and I have been asking for it since march. They only care about taking your money. My advice, steer clear of them.

If it was possible to leave a minus infinity review for this joke of an organisation I would make sure it would most definitely happen but seeing as tho one star is only possible that's what I will have to do, the reception staff mainly ginger but also dealing with all the other staff do not know anything at all in regards to doing there reception jobs, they can't find referrals then all of a sudden you ask them to check their faces and there it is, also they hassle your GP asking them to resend them then after that they fin... read more

Admin team are atrocious. They don't answer emails, process rebates, and when they call they launch straight into discussing appointments rather than asking if it's a good time to talk. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

The worst experience with admin I've ever had. In my confirmation email AND text message, the time stated 9am and specially said appointment times are displayed as my local time. Dr finally showed up 30+ minutes late claiming I missed the appointment?? I even rang the 1300 number, waiting for 15 minutes only for a machine to tell me to leave a message so someone gets back to me. Did I just get scammed? I want my $750 back.
