Great customer service! Very helpful and friendly staff. My appointment was a lot sooner than expected using PSYCH2U!
I had so many issues with this place but I kept calling them and was told I would get a call back when they found a Psychiatrist who bulk billed. I'm now desperately seeking help but still nothing. My mental health is worse than ever, what does it take to get help. They wonder why suicide rates are high. Finally after waiting to see a Psychiatrist I can now say it was worth the wait. Absolute worst customer service
These guys have the absolute worst customer service. Besides the number of times I was left waiting for over an hour to see a practitioner and couldn't get a hold of them- Or all the times they never answer - I received a phone call saying that the invoices haven't been paid for 2 months and my future appointments are cancelled. I have a work cover account and have asked my solicitor to contact my case manager and sort it out. I have spent 2 days trying to rectify a problem that didn't exist. They called the wrong person.
