Absolute worst customer service
These guys have the absolute worst customer service. Besides the number of times I was left waiting for over an hour to see a practitioner and couldn't get a hold of them- Or all the times they never answer - I received a phone call saying that the invoices haven't been paid for 2 months and my future appointments are cancelled. I have a work cover account and have asked my solicitor to contact my case manager and sort it out. I have spent 2 days trying to rectify a problem that didn't exist. They called the wrong person. Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my dear psychiatrist, Dr Charles (Ajoy) Estibeiro!!!! Absolute highest of all psychs I have been with, and he is an incredibly special and compassionate person to boot. This is an incredible service, and I truly appreciate it more than I could ever express. Living in the country makes things incredibly difficult, but having Psych2u and GP2u is such a lifesaver!!!! PSYCH2U presents itself as a compassionate and accessible mental health service, committed to supporting patients through life’s challenges with empathy and professionalism.
