If it was possible to leave a minus infinity review for this joke of an organisation I would make sure it would most definitely happen but seeing as tho one star is only possible that's what I will have to do, the reception staff mainly ginger but also dealing with all the other staff do not know anything at all in regards to doing there reception jobs, they can't find referrals then all of a sudden you ask them to check their faces and there it is, also they hassle your GP asking them to resend them then after that they fin... read more
Admin team are atrocious. They don't answer emails, process rebates, and when they call they launch straight into discussing appointments rather than asking if it's a good time to talk. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
The worst experience with admin I've ever had. In my confirmation email AND text message, the time stated 9am and specially said appointment times are displayed as my local time. Dr finally showed up 30+ minutes late claiming I missed the appointment?? I even rang the 1300 number, waiting for 15 minutes only for a machine to tell me to leave a message so someone gets back to me. Did I just get scammed? I want my $750 back.
They do not care at all about health, they never get back to you after your appointments and have no care about what your needs may be.
This practise is absolutely horrific to deal with. The list is long but the administration side is one of the most incompetent organisations I’ve ever dealt with. Had to follow up referral, was told they never received from the GP…. They did I had a copy and proof it was sent. They kept calling my daughter during school, despite being told multiple times not to call her during school hours. As a result we had appointments cancelled. Then came the pathology requests….. what should have been simple was anything but…. Incorrect... read more
