Extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I made an appointment via HotDoc and clearly indicated that I have a valid Medicare card. At the front desk, I confirmed again that I should not be charged for a basic GP consultation, but the receptionist did not explain anything clearly. I have been trying to call the practice for a while now, but the number keeps going to voicemail saying I have called out of normal business hours (it's 2 PM on a Thursday). Can someone from the practice please reset the phone line. Or if anyone is going to the practice please inform the staff of this! I tried emailing the practice, but am getting no reply.
