Really great practice with some of the kindest most empathetic doctors I’ve seen. Occasionally long wait times but usually because the doctors are working overtime to give everyone a full, detailed appointment. Prepare to wait but know it’s worth it :)
I’m writing this review on behalf of a family member who recently tried to renew a script for medication they’ve been taking for 4 years. They filled out an online form but received no response for 24 hours. When they finally called the clinic, they were informed that Dr. Sarah Booker had decided an appointment was necessary to refill the script. Dr. Gilbert has always taken my concerns seriously and finds quick and effective solutions where other public GPs have kicked the can down the road for years. I never hesitate to make an appointment as I know I will walk out with a positive outcome.
The receptionist Bernadette has absolute deplorable customer service. She treated me absolutely disgustingly especially being in health CARE ‘professional’ and dealing with people who have genuine illnesses
I cannot recommend the entire administrative and bloods etc team at GP on Beaufort (and the GP’s I’ve seen - Dr Nick and Dr Cindy) enough. Efficient, kind, empathetic and incredibly helpful (always) - I’ve recommended this practice to several of my friends and they all agree!
