Excellent efficient service. I went in with a sinus problem, and the GP identified what was wrong within a matter of moments. I would strongly recommend this practice. Kind regards
Attended an appointment today. I have never experienced such treatment. I had an issue and the affected area was not even looked at. I was in the room no longer than 1 minute and told my symptoms were not related to the issue and just given some cream that was not relevant to my issue. No questions were asked about any symptoms. It was pretty obvious this woman had somewhere to be as she took no time and showed no bother.
Not had a very good experience here at all! At one appointment I was told my issue WONT be causing me any issues and I should never have been signed off work with it by my doctor ( as if they can feel what i feel or know my body better than me)!!! Today I had a phone call after being referred by 111 with the same issues might I add to be asked " what would you like us to do about it"!! To be honest not very helpful at all I have no idea why he bothered ringing to be honest!!
I visited this surgery and got seen by Dr Thomas who's a great doctor and pleasure to speak to.
