knowledgeable and kind bunch of fellas. Treated me with decency and were very proactive in guiding me to find the right solution to my heater issue. I was about to walk out with the parts I requested, and even though it is NOT his job, the manager mentioned I should also buy an additional part "just in case" because in his experience, it was also prone to failure. it was THAT $18 part that had in fact, failed. We all know how important going above and beyond is .... these guys really get it! Thanks
