Spoke with a receptionist by the name of Lisa. Requested something so easy to be done and got a cold rude response. She was not friendly, not welcoming, and made me feel stupid for what I was asking for.
I will never set foot in that practise again. I have no complaints about the doctors & nurse, lovely to deal with them. However that dreadful woman at the front counter called Lisa ( I would say in her 50's) is the rudest individual I have ever met. The last time I was in there she went a step further by abusing me when I went in to pick something up from the front counter. Other patients that go there have also commented on her behavior, which begs the question. Why is she still there?
A big shoutout to Dr Houndson and his team for supporting me throughout my pregnancy. Can't recommend this place enough!
