I have been coming to this practice since my long time Dr at Thompson Lake Medical (A sister practice), retired. GP Cockburn Central is now my primary carer. Dr Yi and also Dr Wu are so very much caring, informed and willing to help. My experience with the reception staff has always been positive, welcoming, caring and understanding. I always recommend this practice.
The doctors there are very nice but the reception staff are so lovely and helpful! I spoke with Debbie and she was absolutely wonderful and helped me with my appointment time even though i was being fussy with the dates! Highly recommend going here for the reception staffs kindness alone :)
I regularly go to this GP centre and the Dr's are good, however I recently had an incident where the Hot Doc app booked 2 appointments (remembering while using the app personal details are saved making easier usage, so no need to fill email, phone etc) I missed a Friday appointment which in all due respect my fault but the 2 appointment that were made on a Sunday were not me (possibly my 2 year old or even a system glitch as I did get my com bank account hacked with money taken same time) Tried to call back and missed some c... read more
Excellent service from GP’s and reception, always polite, respectful and helpful. Have been attending another GP for over 30 years, but have moved over to GP Cockburn Central and couldn't be happier.
Great experience Dr Brendan Lim & great reception - very helpful and considerate.
