Doctors are helpful. However as mentioned by other reviews the older lady receptionist has a rude attitude. Simply asked if they offered ear cleaning and was responded to disrespectfully. After that I enquired about making a booking the next day and stated that I was free anytime and was responded to with a sarcastic "well then what time is anytime". After reading the reviews I thought I would add my own. I have never had any problems with the receptionists they have always treated me in a civil manner. My doctor is Dr Jake Parker who I find to be caring and very professional

Dr Brendan Lim (GP) is trustworthy, thorough and precise. He is the only reason that enables me tolerate the rude receptionists. Dr Tay is also good. Very poor service at the reception.
