Very unprofessional experience. The clinic prescribed blood tests and I completed them as instructed. The test results were sent directly to my doctor, but when I contacted the clinic to receive my results, I was told I had to book another appointment and pay again just to access the results. Charging patients again simply to receive their own test results is unfair and disappointing. There was no proper communication or care for the patient’s time or money. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.👎🏻

⭐️ 0/5 This medical health centre is extremely disappointing. There’s no point making a booking because you’ll still be left waiting a very long time. They clearly don’t value people’s time or care about proper scheduling. The staff show no urgency or consideration, and the whole experience feels frustrating and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.
My friend came to this place to get herself checked for a cold and cough. Not only did the doctor not address that but he asked a bunch of unwanted and inappropriate questions. I am tempted to share his name but we all have some respect to maintain. Do not go here anyone please.
