Be great if they actually call you when you have a appointment booked, instead of clicking you have attended an never call!

Unfortunately things have gone downhill again since Dr Ali left. No actual doctors on site. The Doctors for telehealth aren't from Bendigo and will either call much later than scheduled or not at all on the day. Very hard when you desperately need an appointment. Very hard to get a hold of reception a lot of the time. Had issues with documents not being signed by the telehealth doctors and and as a result my ultrasounds were pushed back waiting for signatures. A lot of chasing up
