Unfortunately things have gone downhill again since Dr Ali left. No actual doctors on site. The Doctors for telehealth aren't from Bendigo and will either call much later than scheduled or not at all on the day. Very hard when you desperately need an appointment. Very hard to get a hold of reception a lot of the time. Had issues with documents not being signed by the telehealth doctors and and as a result my ultrasounds were pushed back waiting for signatures. A lot of chasing up
Gone downhill since previous doctor left. Front Desk office lady, likes to put the phone off hook all day... Can not call the clinic at all.
Dr Ali is very nice to deal with, and very well spoken. So far, very easy to get appointment with also (though I think that will change when more people find him). But now he's gone :(
