I haven't doctors side of the medical centre, but my wife and I use the Pathology side of the surgery and they are so quick and when drawing blood they have a surgeons precision. My wife and I have troublesome veins that aren't the best and the pathologists never have a problem finding the veins straight away. They are always pleasant and happy to take care of you and make sure you are at ease and feel no pain.
Your needs are secondary to the admin staff chatting about the weekend. Customer bingo is played here. They put their eyes down when you approach, so they "don't see you". (Unless you are 6'6" and chiselled.) Nothing changes here. Lucky Dr Chan would be the best Dr I've had. 2 years later, nothing has changed.
