GP was friendly, easy going and helpful. I am not a regular patient here, but they have great availability and ran on time. I have no concession, yet it was still bulk billed (free), which is great in this day and age. The clinic was clean and tidy, the reception staff were kind and helpful. They have onsite pathology, pharmacy and other services too.
Unfortunately, my experience with the administration staff at this clinic was extremely disappointing. The front desk and management staff were rude, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. While waiting over an hour for my appointment I witnessed multiple patients being spoken to abruptly while I was there, and the atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. The reception girls are great, always friendly. The nursing staff are awesome, they too are always friendly. My doctor is the best, patient and caring. The practice itself offers many services and are always there to help.
