This team really know what customer service is! And have all the autoelectrical knowledge. I had trouble with an auxiliary battery not providing power. Dropped in, unannounced, unbooked but vehicle was in the work bay in 10 minutes, all testing done in another 10 minutes, they had a new battery to my specs shipped up from Adelaide overnight and fitted the next morning. Thanks Gianni, Rosanne and the team. Brilliant.
Passing through Port Augusta Friday afternoon I discover an issue with 12 pin plug and Anderson plug. Rang GP Auto Electrical. They replaced both plugs same afternoon allowing us to continue our journey. Great service Thanks guys Dennis

called on a monday and gianni was amazing.. diagnosed the issue within a few seconds of me explaining what was happening.. we were back on the road by lunchtime after he replaced the broken bit and added a new bit.. explained every step and gave us complete piece of mind the issue was fixed.. a day later and we couldn’t be happier.. after 5 years of power supply problems… we continue hassle free… thx gianni and the team..
