They received two stars because their communication is decent. Meaning they will at least return your call. But that doesn’t count that they seem very passive making very little effort as possible, and settling quickly with tiny wins are okay as long as they have their volume. Yes such law firm exists- they’ll grab insurance shoo away money in a heartbeat as opposed to staying in a fight for a bigger win.
