Extra service Very nice people start it so extra air conditioning inside by jay and Bruce were good
Hours before our Labor Day family were to arrive at our cottage, our water heater pilot went out and couldn't be relit. The Goyette dispatcher set an afternoon appointment, but soon after routed technician Bob to our aid, two hours early. He quickly tested and determined the thermocouple was bad, and soon could relight the heater. Bob was professional, friendly and offered helpful tips to extend the life of our water heater. Thank you team Goyette!
We had a hot water heater installed in our COTTAGE and the technician told my husband everything was set, and we came up a couple weeks later with family and could not get the hot water heater hot enough to take a Luke warm shower Completely disappointed in the Service!!
Had a hole in our furnace pipe came out on Monday and saw there was a bigger issue so then they sent out 2 guy’s on Tuesday. They did a great job and completed everything in 3 hours. They were reasonable priced for the unexpected repairs. Thank you!!!
