I wish I could do 4.75 stars - I had mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work completed, plus air and furnace maintenance. I’m doing four stars to be different than perfect after reading the other seven current reviews. I’m not positive that the price for one of the several services I received was really fair (mechanical), but I was very impressed with especially Adam, the electrician. Very expensive, found it much more economical, priced it at $7000, this included water heater which didn't need replacement
AVOID GOYETTE!! You're better off taking your business somewhere mediocre, outstanding is not part of the goyette philosophy. Sub standard seems to be there goal. Tankless hot water heater error code initiated call in. Stephanie seemed to be distracted and inattentive. Her supervisor Renell was worse. Terrible service, Renell in the office has no business in customer service. I’ve been having Goyette Mechanical come out and service my furnace and air conditioner since they were installed in 2015 the service tech came out today to service air conditioner, and when turning it on, it started arcing so he can finish his service and we called Goyette Mechanical back up and they sent out Todd angst who is the basically the electrical supervisor Todd came out pulled the wires out of the box. and reattached them to the box, so I got the problem taken care of at a reasonable cost, and highly recommend the... read more
