Worst experience with this Doctor’s office. The Doctor’s diagnosis and advice is on point, but the administration is a disaster. You have to literally call multiple times to get your refills or even get an appointment. They don’t care if you’re dying, they WILL NOT take your request of refill if it’s not office hours. The doctor is never reachable, I am sorry but after working with two endocrinologists in NY, this has been my worst experience.

Doctor Goyal is a good doctor just needs a better system to speak to someone but other than that he is a upfront doctor to me
Dr.Goyal and his staff are simply the best!
