Disappointed with my recent visit to Gows, Indian man on cash was extremely rude to me and wouldn’t even look at me or speak to me. Didn’t get his name because there was no name tag. He seemed visibly agitated and annoyed with me. Disappointed that the reputation of Gows is going down hill in recent years.
Called 3 times to verify if something was in stock. The phone just rang and rang in the heating section. Found out later this was also the manager of the store. Left my number for a call back and after waiting an hour, I drove the hour to the store and couldn't find anyone to help me then either. One employee was having a personal conversation on the phone and didn't acknowledge me at all. I called again from the parking lot and was told they were short staffed and Id be put through to the owner to ask about price matching. ... read more
