I made an appointment (online) for a tire swap. They didn’t show up. Since I did it online I can’t be 100% certain which location is at fault but the KW “office” is closest to my location. It’s unfortunate because mobile auto service is a great idea but they need to show up! I would recommend only booking services by phone.
The best pizza in Windsor, no, in Canada! You can stop your search! Full of flavour and amazingly baked! Friendly staff and family owned bringing the feeling you are home! We should have the chance to give 10 stars
Extremely unreliable. I will never use them again. I wasted half a day planning for the mechanics arrival to fix my vehicle, The time and day of the appt was booked. They couldn't even be bothered to notify me (the customer) that they unilaterally cancelled my appointment. They pretty much lied to me about why the mechanic didn't show up, just blew me off. couldn't care less. So NO, I won't be using them EVER again, and if you don't want to be left hanging out to dry, BUYER BEWARE.
My brake line was leaking and I couldn't drive to a shop. Luckily I didn't have to tow it because GoWrench came right to my home. Definitely will use them again now that I know they exist!
