Wonderful experience! This was the 3rd shop on my list, and I’m so glad I went! They are so kind at this shop ( it’s a beautiful shop) and they really seem to care about your vision. I bought my gown and did alterations on site; I was informed upfront of pricing/processes up front, for me the quality of work reflected the price. My wedding day was perfect! Thank you Nancy and your team for one of the best experiences during the planning process!
I found my dream wedding dress at Gowns of Grace! The staff were amazing and made the whole experience so special. Highly recommend to any bride-to-be! 💍✨
I AM READING A REVIEW ABOUT MY CONSULTANT NICOLE AND I AM HIGHLY CONFUSED SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY REMARABLE WITH ME, MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND FOR SOMEONE TO SPEAK DOWN OR BAD ABOUT HER WHO HAS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH ME AND MY ENTIRE PARTY. I visited about a week ago with my best friend to try on dresses for her upcoming wedding. Our stylist, Nicole, left a lot to be desired of the experience. From the beginning she was very dismissive of my friend's opinions and seemed irritated when she voiced concerns about the sensory feel of certain fabrics. Bought what I thought was simple dress, and after paying over $2,000 in alterations (after the thousands on the dress) was charged an additional $350 because they had to deconstruct my whole dress multiple times due to alterations THEY made! Nancy tried to help me understand the process but Natalie was insistent that I owed more because ultimately, they had to fix their own messed up alterations!
