Very friendly and helpful staff, very well made dresses at low prices.
I was dreading to go dress shopping. Went to a few places, super busy, overpriced dresses, too La De Da for me. Then i came here. Very relaxed. The shop assistant was lovely, she wasnt pushy an was very helpful. They have good quailty dresses. Great range of dresses to suit all. My dress was beautiful, great quality and not even $500 so thats a 5star rating right there
my fiance came to this store on the weekend and disappointed to hear that they were pushy with poor customer service along with the assistant making suggestions that made her feel upset and uncomfortable with her self. very insincere about the way they did things don't recommend to anyone.
Friendly stuff great services, the lady understands your taste and style you are after, they gave great suggestions on the style as well. love the gown too, excellent quality and well priced. very pleasant shopping experience, I wish I went to them first, would have saved heaps of my time.
My friends and I found the range of dresses that they have on the racks to be just enough - not overwhelming with 100's of styles to confuse you like other places. They also have a few different sizes in each style for both the bride and us bridesmaids which was a nice change. The quality and detail of the dresses are amazing, and the staff were easy to deal with - not pushy at all and gave you 100% of their attention and honest opinions. Off street parking too - bonus!
