Horrible experience! We met her with my best friend since she had such a good experience. I wanted her to make my daughter’s wedding dress which my daughter have delivered her pictures of the style of sleeves, back of dress, bust, etc. Marla’s communication was flaky to non existent the entire time. My friend had to go to her shop three times before getting a date to try on the dress. Day of, she isn’t even there despite confirming with multiple people. We just started the journey for my daughter Quince and from the moment we walked in she was amazing and understood my needs and made my daughter feel comfortable and allowed her to try on dresses. She was kind and honest.
