My daughter was having a extremely hard time finding a hoco dress this year, gowns made our year with there help! The manager made my daughter feel so beautiful! The other girls at the shop were my daughters personal hype team as well. As hard as we have had time finding hoco dresses, gowns made it simple and fun!
The girls who helped me out , hailey and issi , were just amazing and this is the best experience i have ever had in a dress shop. i recommend this place with my whole heart
I had a great experience shopping for my homecoming dress! The manager was super helpful and made the whole process super easy. She took the time to help me find the perfect style and made sure I got the right size. She personally made sure I absolutely loved the dress before I left. I felt so confident and cared for—highly recommend shopping here! I really appreciated their patience and attention to detail. Excellent customer service from start to finish — highly recommend!
Responding to Mia’s post... A dress should never be taken from someone’s dress room… no excuse, and just own up to the mistake entirely. People were there who witnessed what happened, what was said, and lying about the verbiage used by the employee just looks bad , is poor manners and bad business. Warmly, Faith
