I initially reached out for an alterations quote and had very good communication. Because my wedding gown has several layers and embellishments, I was asked to come in for an in-person consultation so she could examine it and provide a more accurate quote. After 2 years, several phone calls, and a Google review, I finally got my wedding dress back. She refused to give it back to me until I removed the post. She said I wasn't a customer, that was why my calls weren't being returned, "but she had my dress in her store over 2 years.

She stole my wedding dress! I left my wedding dress for her to put on consignment over two years now and she haven't returned any of my calls.
