Been a Verizon customer for more year then I can remember and have dealt with this store for years and had great service but today was a real disappointment, enough to make me consider a different service. If you go here I wish you the best.
I've been with Verizon for 12+ years, but this store has been consistently terrible. Most recent upgrade: wrong phone color without asking, $162 in unexplained fees including a "transfer fee" for having someone ensure the data was transferred properly. A crazy long wait. People in the store were mad and left because no one was helping them. The rep, Travis, did not know what he was doing. He had me come back at 2:30pm after I had already been there for two hours and was supposed to transfer the date from my old phone to the ... read more
