Been a Verizon customer for more year then I can remember and have dealt with this store for years and had great service but today was a real disappointment, enough to make me consider a different service. If you go here I wish you the best.
I've been with Verizon for 12+ years, but this store has been consistently terrible. Most recent upgrade: wrong phone color without asking, $162 in unexplained fees including a "transfer fee" for having someone ensure the data was transferred properly. A crazy long wait. People in the store were mad and left because no one was helping them. The rep, Travis, did not know what he was doing. He had me come back at 2:30pm after I had already been there for two hours and was supposed to transfer the date from my old phone to the ... read more
The staff do a great job but thanks to Verizon it takes hours to get a new phone. I have gone to a car dealer, pick out a car and bought the car faster.
From the time I walked in the staff were busy with customers and very professional. The gentleman that helped me listened to my problems, checked my phone and went over options. I ended up with a new phone and details of the phone and a lot of info on how to use it. Good experience all around.
Helpful and kind. They helped me to solve the MESS that the other verizon store in Montrose did (don’t go to the other store!!!!). You might have to wait a bit in line bcz many people come to this.
