Awful service, took 4 hours to get a phone, terrible customer service, and a non-professional environment.

⭐️ Very disappointing experience at the 1300 S. Townsend Verizon location We walked in and waited about 5 minutes before anyone even greeted us. When a gentleman finally came out from the back, instead of trying to help, he focused on everything he couldn’t do. He told us it would be a $40 charge just to transfer our service from one phone to another.
