This place is awful. Avoid avoid 0 stars.. My parents just sold land to our neighbor, this company charged both my parents and our neighbor 2k each. They all scheduled the final title transfer appointment together, and were dumbfounded when they found out that the company deliberately kept them in separate appointments (maybe so they could charge them (more) separately?) and acted very strange and rude when my parents and neighbor encountered each other in the lobby.
