This house is a huge trap, it doesn't needs to be renovated it needs to be completely destroyed and rebuilt ,the walls are cracked and could fall,!!!! Everything in it is nasty and dammage,go take a look even without a specialist you will confirm,avoid to waste your Money and experience something bad by taking that house ,you will regret, everything about that house (property,owner ) is worst to live, GOD BLESS YOU ALL
