10/10 service. I would not call another repair company again. Gowen's was responsive, professional, and kept us up to date on parts as they came in for our washer repair. They are heroes as far as I'm concerned because I have my washer back!
I had a great experience with Gowen’s Appliance Repair! Jason arrived when he said he would, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very competent. He fixed the issue I had with my oven, was thorough, neat, and reasonably priced. I definitely will use this company again and I highly recommend them to others.
Came out quickly, arrived within the timeframe promised, was very professional and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call Gowen's again!
